Thank you for choosing Meeker Mini Storage.
We strive to provide fair and transparent billing practices for all customers.
Storage Rental Payments
Storage unit rentals are billed on a month-to-month basis according to the terms of your rental agreement.
All payments are considered final once processed.
No Prorated Refunds
Rent is charged for the full rental period. Meeker Mini Storage does not provide prorated refunds for unused days, early move-outs, or partial rental periods unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement.
Customers may rent for as little as one month and may continue renting on a month-to-month basis.
Move-Out Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing notice and vacating their unit in accordance with the rental agreement.
Failure to vacate the unit before the next billing cycle may result in additional rental charges that are non-refundable.
Reservation Fees
Reservation fees, administrative fees, and other non-rent charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Billing Errors
If you believe your account has been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact management before initiating a chargeback dispute.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may be considered a breach of the rental agreement and may result in collection actions or account restrictions.
Merchandise Returns
Any merchandise sold by Meeker Mini Storage, including locks, packing supplies, or moving materials, may be eligible for return only at management’s discretion and must be unused and in original condition.
